Made with 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up, 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. cheese spread with pimento and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen cooked tiny shrimp, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cut butter and cream cheese into flour until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Work with hands to form ball.
Cover and chill 1 hour.
On floured surface, roll half into 11-inch circle.
Cut into rounds with 2-inch floured cutter.
Spread each round with about 1/2 teaspoon of cheese spread.
Top with a few shrimp.
Fold in half and seal.
