Shrimp Cheese Mold
Shrimp Cheese Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can tomato soup, 1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 1/2 tbsp. gelatin (2 pkg., unflavored), 1 c. mayonnaise and 3/4 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Grease ring mold with Wesson oil; soak gelatin in 1/4 cup shrimp liquid.
Heat soup to boiling.
Soften cream cheese.
Add hot soup slowly.
Blend well.
Add gelatin.
Add mayonnaise, celery and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Wait until mixture thickens a bit, then pour into ring mold. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
Turn out on platter.
Decorate with fresh parsley and serve with party rye bread.
