Shrimp Casserole
Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 lb. shrimp, cooked and drained, 1 tbsp. margarine, 1/2 large onion, chopped, 1 can mushroom soup and 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Clean and boil shrimp.
Saute onion in margarine until tender. Make a sauce by adding soup, lemon juice and seasonings.
Fold rice and shrimp into sauce.
Fold in sour cream and pour into 1-quart buttered baking dish.
