Made with 1 c. raw rice (not fast cooking), 2 c. raw shrimp, peeled, deveined and cut (if large), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of onion soup and 1 can ro-tel tomatoes, chop but do not drain, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
