Shredded Beef
Shredded Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 6 lb. chuck roast, 15 onions, sliced, 2 c. water, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1/4 c. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Place chuck roast in big roasting pan with all the ingredients. Place the onion slices on top and around the chuck roast.
Cook at 250Β° overnight (11 P.M. until 6 or 7 A.M.).
Cool; take out of pan and pull the beef apart (shred it).
When ready to serve place in crock-pot, heat and serve with rolls.
