👨‍🍳 Instructions

Place everything in roaster.

Onions medium fine. If roast is frozen, cook at 350° for 1 hour. Reduce temperature to 325° and cook 4 to longer.

If roast is thawed, cook at 250° for 6 hours.

Fork to shred meat, if necessary, after cooking.
