Shortcut Rocky Road Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butterscotch chips, 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk, 2 c. walnuts, sliced and 2 c. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine butterscotch, chocolate chips and condensed milk.
Heat over medium-low heat, stirring until chips are melted.
Do not let chocolate burn.
Remove from heat. Stir nuts and marshmallows into mixture.
Spread into greased 9-inch square baking pan.
Refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into squares.
Makes 2 pounds.
