Shortcut Lasagna
Shortcut Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 small can tomato paste and 3 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Breaking up with wooden spoon. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce mix, V-8 juice and oregano. Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Bottom oiled, large pan with a layer of meat sauce.
Layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending sauce.
Pan tightly with heavy-duty foil.
Set on a large cookie sheet and bake at 350Β° for 1
Remove oven and let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cut into squares to serve.
