Shortcakes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. jiffy mix or bisquick, 2 tbsp. sugar, 3 tbsp. shortening, melted and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine ingredients to soft dough.
Place by large tablespoonful on ungreased cookie sheet.
