Shortbread
Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. butter, 1/2 box 4x or 10x confectioners sugar, 5 1/2 c. flour and 2 tbsp. rice flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream the butter and confectioners sugar.
Add the flour about 2 cups at a time, mixing well.
Knead the mixture until all flour is mixed completely.
Place batter in a 3/4-inch deep pan and pat it out so it is 3/4 inch high.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Bake at 350Β° for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
