Shortbread
Shortbread is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. light brown sugar, 1/2 c. soft margarine and 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift flour and sugar together and blend margarine into mixture.
Add vanilla and blend the mixture together.
Form into small balls and place onto cookie sheet a few inches apart.
With the back of a fork, press the balls down making criss-cross pattern.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375Β° for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
