Short-Cut Enchiladas
Short-Cut Enchiladas is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. grated medium cheddar cheese, 1/2 onion, chopped, 1 can sliced black olives, 1 medium size can las palmas red chili sauce and tortilla chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Thicken chili sauce to gravy consistency.
Spread sauce over bottom of square baking pan.
Add layer of corn chips to amply cover bottom of pan.
Drizzle sauce over chips to cover; sprinkle 1/2 cheese mixture.
Repeat chips, chili and cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Can use rest of chili sauce to add at the table, if desired.
