Shoo-Fly Cake
Shoo-Fly Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. shortening, 1 tsp. salt and 2 c. hot water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix together flour, sugar, shortening and salt until it forms crumbs and set it aside.
Save 1 cup of crumbs for topping.
Mix hot water, baking soda and molasses in a large bowl.
