Sherry Zucchini Cake
Sherry Zucchini Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. cloves, 1 c. oil and 1 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine dry ingredients.
Beat together oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in flour mixture.
Add zucchini and flavorings.
Add pineapple and lemon peel (nuts).
Turn into well-greased 10-inch tube pan or Bundt pan; bake at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
Let stand in pan 10 minutes.
Dust top of cake with confectioners sugar.
