Sherry Thins

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Sifted dry ingredients alternately with sherry, beating until smooth.
In foil and chill several hours or overnight.
Roll dough out thin on floured board or pastry cloth shapes with small cookie cutters. Put on cookie sheet; sprinkle with almonds or candies and bake at 400Β° for
8 to 10 minutes.
Yield
6 to 7 dozen.
