Sherry Chicken
Sherry Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 tbsp. parsley, 1 tsp. paprika and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Salt and pepper chicken breasts; dip in melted butter and place in shallow baking dish.
Pour sherry over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Mix well the soup, parsley, paprika, mayonnaise and sour cream.
Add juice from chicken and mix well.
Remove chicken from bone and cut into bite size pieces.
Pour 1/2 of liquid into rice in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; stir well.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Pour remaining liquid over chicken.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
