Sherry Cake
Sherry Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow cake mix, 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 3/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix first six ingredients together in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until batter is smooth.
Pour into an ungreased bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cake cool.
Remove from pan. Mix milk, powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla together to make glaze.
Pour onto cooled cake and serve.
