Sherried Turkey
Sherried Turkey is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 or 2 c. turkey, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, hot, cooked rice, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown turkey in margarine in frying pan. Remove to casserole dish.
Cook onion in remaining margarine; stir in soup and sherry.
