Sherried Fruit is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. sherry and 1 medium can pear halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat flour, brown sugar, butter and sherry until smooth and thick.
Layer fruit in bowl (Pyrex).
Pour sauce over fruit. Chill overnight.
Heat through and serve hot.
