Sherried Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chuck cubes, 1/2 envelope onion soup mix, 2 cans cream of celery soup and 3/4 can sherry (dry), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix the onion soup mix, celery soup and sherry; pour over meat in large casserole or roasting pan.
Cover; bake at 325Β° for 3 hours.
Stir occasionally.
Add water if needed.
