Sherried Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. stew beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, plus 1 can water, 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, 1 small can chopped mushrooms and 1/3 c. cooking sherry, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put beef in a 2-quart casserole dish with cover.
Mix and heat remaining ingredients; pour mixture over beef.
