Sherbet Macaroons
Sherbet Macaroons is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. coconut macaroons (about 1 c. crumbs), 1 large container whipped topping, 2 pt. pineapple sherbet or orange, 1 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional) and 2 pt. lime sherbet, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix cookie crumbs and chopped nuts with whipped topping.
Put one-half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add layer of lime sherbet, then a layer of pineapple or orange sherbet.
Finish with the other one-half of the whipped topping mixture.
Freeze several hours or overnight before serving.
