Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 small frozen corn, 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled and quartered and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Brown beef; drain well.
Stir in garlic powder and pepper. Spread evenly in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Spread corn evenly over meat.
Mash potatoes with milk, sour cream and butter. Spread mashed potatoes over corn.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese and gravy.
