Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. very thick mashed potatoes, 3 eggs, separated, 2 lb. lean ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 envelope dry onion soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Make mashed potatoes, being sure they are very thick (instant will work).
Brown beef.
Mix cream soup, dry soup, gravy mix and water into cooked beef.
Set aside.
