Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. 10 count biscuits, 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 3 c. mashed potatoes, cooked, 1 can beans, corn or peas, drained and 4 slices cheese (any kind), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

First, brown hamburger.
Drain the meat.
Take 13 x 9-inch glass pan and butter both sides and bottom.
Spread biscuits on both bottom and sides.
Put meat on top of biscuits, then put vegetables on top of meat.
Put a little bit of water on top. Bake in 325Β° oven for 15 minutes.
Pull out and put potatoes and cheese on top.
Put back in oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
