Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, diced, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained and leftover mashed potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown together meat and onion.
Drain excess fat.
Add 2 cups water and thicken mixture with flour.
Add corn.
Put mixture in greased casserole dish.
Spread about 2 inches of mashed potatoes on top.
Dot with oleo and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
Cover; bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
