Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 6 potatoes, mashed, 1 large can peas, drained, 1 large can corn, drained, 1 lb. ground beef and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook the potatoes, then mash them with milk, butter or margarine, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the ground beef until brown.
Drain and line a casserole dish with the ground beef. Spread the can of corn, then the can of peas.
Top with mashed potatoes.
Cook in a 350Β° preheated oven, 30 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
Serves 4 to 6.
