Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 2 eggs and 3/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix hamburger, onion soup, bread crumbs, eggs, water and ketchup together.
Put in large rectangular casserole dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and spread mixed vegetables over meat, then spread mashed potatoes over vegetables.
Sprinkle cheese over top and bake until cheese melts.
