Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 egg and 1/4 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix ingredients except potatoes, 1/2 can soup and cheese.
Pat into a large pie plate.
Bake 30 minutes at 350Β°.
Remove from oven and top with 4 cups mashed potatoes.
Spread rest of soup on top of potatoes.
Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese melts.
