Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. mashed potatoes, 1 lb. ground beef, salt and pepper (dash of each), 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Boil potatoes.
Brown and drain ground beef.
Add brown sugar and caramelize into ground beef.
Add 1 1/2 cups water, salt, pepper, diced onion, crushed garlic, Worcestershire sauce, bouillon cubes and bay leaves.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
