Shepherd's Pie
Shepherd'S Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and 4 to 5 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed with 1/4 c. oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix ground beef with onion and 1/2 cup water.
Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Drain fat from casserole.
Spread mashed potatoes over meat.
Return to oven and bake until heated through, about 15 to 20 minutes.
