Brown hamburger in skillet. Add seasoning to taste.
Add onion soup and water (I usually use the water I cooked the potatoes in). Add dissolved bouillon, add flour water until gravy thickens.
Put in baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and cheese then bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
