Shellfish Casserole
Shellfish Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. v-8 juice, 1 c. hellmann's mayonnaise, 8 oz. crab meat (canned, fresh or frozen), 1 1/2 c. shrimp, boiled and 3 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine V-8 and mayonnaise.
Mix together crab, shrimp, rice, bell pepper, salt and pepper.
Pour liquid over rice mixture; mix lightly.
Put in casserole. Top with bread crumbs and almonds. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes, or until bubbly hot.
Freezes well. Serves 4 to 6.
