Melt margarine, shortening, cocoa and water.
Bring to a boil and pour over flour and sugar.
Add eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, soda and cinnamon; mix well (batter will be thin). Bake in 400Β° oven in an 11 x 14-inch pan for 25 minutes.
