Mix flour and sugar together.
Mix and bring to a boil oleo, Wesson oil, water and cocoa.
Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake at 375Β° in 9 x 13-inch pan, 30 to 40 minutes.
