Shasta Cake
Shasta Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 yellow or white cake mix, 1 can shasta strawberry pop, 1 small pkg. strawberry jello, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding and 1 small container cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
Poke holes in cake with finger or wooden spoon handle when cool.
In separate bowl, put 1 can of strawberry pop.
Add enough water to the pop to make 2 cups liquid.
Boil. Add strawberry jello to liquid.
Pour into holes and refrigerate until cool.
Mix vanilla instant pudding with a little less milk than it calls for.
Mix in Cool Whip.
Ice cake.
