Seven-up Salad
Seven-Up Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon gelatin (jell-o), 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 1 large pkg. philadelphia cream cheese and 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix the cup of boiling water with the lemon gelatin and then add the cream cheese to it, beating it into the gelatin a little at a time with the electric mixer.
Add the pineapple, pecans, sugar, vanilla and 7-Up.
Then add the green food coloring.
Put this into your refrigerator and let stand.
When it begins to set, mix it again so the pecans won't come to the top.
