Seven-up Cake
Seven-Up Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon supreme cake mix, 1 box jell-o instant pineapple pudding, 3/4 c. wesson oil, 4 eggs and 1 (10 oz.) can 7-up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine dry ingredients.
Add oil and mix.
Add eggs one at a time, beating mixture after each addition.
Add 7-Up and mix well. Pour into three 8-inch cake pans which have been well-greased and floured.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes until cake tests done. Spread Seven-Up Cake Filling between each layer.
