Cream together the oleo, shortening and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
Beat for about 20 minutes total.
Add sifted flour and lemon extract.
Fold in 7-Up.
Bake in greased and floured deep tube or Bundt pan at 325Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
