Seven-up Cake
Seven-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pineapple cake mix, 1 box pineapple pudding mix (instant), 4 eggs, 3/4 c. oil and 10 oz. bottle 7-up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup oil and 7-Up together and bake according to directions on cake box.
Mix remaining ingredients together for icing.
Cook until smooth and add about 2/3 cup coconut to mixture.
Spread on top of cooled cake.
Sprinkle with chopped pecans if you like.
