Seven-Minute Frosting
Seven-Minute Frosting is an easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, unbeaten, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 5 tbsp. water, 1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Put egg whites, sugar, water and corn syrup in upper part of double boiler and beat with eggbeater until thoroughly mixed. Cook and beat until frosting stands in peaks.
Remove from fire and add vanilla.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
Coconut may be added to frosting, if desired.
