Seven Layer Salad
Seven Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1 green pepper, diced, 5 stalks celery, chopped, 1/2 onion, chopped and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put shredded lettuce in a bowl.
Layer diced green pepper, chopped celery, chopped onion and peas on top of lettuce.
Spread yogurt completely over the top of the salad.
Sprinkle with sugar, Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
Garnish with tomato wedges. Cover tightly and chill, preferably overnight.
Toss thoroughly before serving.
Serves 10.
