Seven Layer Salad
Seven Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 c. lettuce, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 6 boiled eggs, sliced and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Use half of the lettuce; sprinkle with sugar and pepper.
Layer eggs on top.
Sprinkle with salt.
Layer peas, some lettuce, bacon, more lettuce, then chestnuts.
Layer rest of lettuce, then cheese. Put mayonnaise on top to edge of bowl.
Refrigerate for 12 to 14 hours.
Garnish with onions.
May toss, if desired.
