Seven Layer Salad
Seven Layer Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, shredded, 1/2 c. onions, chopped, 1/2 c. celery, diced, 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. peas (frozen), cooked, drained and cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Layer the lettuce, onions, celery, peppers and peas in a large bowl.
Cover with a layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle with sugar, grated cheese and bacon in that order.
