Seven Layer Magic Cookie Bars
Seven Layer Magic Cookie Bars is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with c. margarine or butter, c. graham cracker crumbs, (14 oz.) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk, c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips and (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass dish).
In 13 x 9-inch baking pan, melt margarine in oven.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over margarine.
Pour Eagle Brand milk evenly over crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients in order listed and press down firmly.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool. Chill, if desired.
Cut into squares.
