Seven Layer Casserole
Seven Layer Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. uncooked rice, cooked and drained, 1 c. whole kernel corn, 2 (6 oz. each) cans tomato sauce, 1 1/4 c. water and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a good size baking dish, layer 1/2 rice, corn and tomato sauce with 1/2 cup water, onion, green pepper, ground beef, salt and pepper.
Put remainder of rice, corn, tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water on first layer.
Place bacon across top and cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes longer.
