Seven Layer Bars
Seven Layer Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 c. butterscotch chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter in pan.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over melted butter and press down.
Sprinkle on coconut, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Pour milk evenly over all.
Sprinkle on nuts. Bake 30 minutes.
Cool on wire rack and cut into 1 x 2-inch bars. Makes 48 bars.
Use a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
