Seven Layer Bars
Seven Layer Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. sweet butter, 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 c. shredded coconut, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter and press down.
Sprinkle on the coconut, then the chocolate and butterscotch pieces.
Pour milk evenly over all.
Sprinkle on nuts and press lightly.
Bake 30 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Cut into 1 x 2-inch bars.
