Sesame Chicken Salad
Sesame Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with sesame oil dressing (recipe follows), 1 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces, 3 green onions, thinly sliced (1/2 c.), 1 stalk celery, diced and 1/2 large head romaine lettuce, shredded (7 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Prepare Sesame Oil Dressing.
Set aside.
Toss chicken, onions, celery and romaine in serving bowl.
Pour dressing over salad; toss.
Top with noodles, sesame seed and oranges.
Garnish with romaine, if you wish.
