Sesame Chicken
Sesame Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up and skinned chicken, 2 c. buttermilk, 1 c. melted margarine, 1/2 tsp. tarragon and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine margarine, tarragon and lemon juice; combine bread crumbs, parsley, sesame seed, salt and onion powder.
Pour buttermilk over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Discard buttermilk and pat chicken dry.
Dip chicken in margarine mixture, then bread crumbs and arrange on a baking sheet.
Cover and refrigerate until 1 to 1 1/2 hours before dinner.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 1 hour.
